
Customer Guidelines
General
Once registered, Customers may re-visit the warehouse as often as they like, provided they bring their Customer reference card with them. Customers will not be permitted to buy items for other people, or to resell.
Availability of items
We cannot reserve any items. All items are sold as seen, and payment must be made in full to secure the items.
Charging
All items are priced to include delivery. (in the Wellingborough , East Northants District ) Payment must be made before an item can be allocated and delivery arranged. Items purchased under the value of £ 10.00 do not qualify for free delivery.
Refunds
Sofa Wise does NOT operate a refund policy, please ensure the items bought, are suitable for you, and your home prior to paying for them.
Delivery
Deliveries will only be made to the address of the registered person. We only deliver to the ground floor unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Customers are responsible for making sure that large items of furniture will fit through doors, and into their premises. It is not our responsibility to take furniture into your property.
Please make sure that someone is in to receive your goods,
as a charge of £ 10.00 will be made for a second attempt.
Safety
The warehouse is a working environment where furniture and other items are constantly being moved around, Customers should proceed with caution. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. To ensure safety we may refuse to serve Customers unable to supervise their children.
